About Direct Sales

Our company has grown tremendously since we opened our doors in October of 1993 as a stocking
distributor of Electronic, Electrical, Access Controls, Security and Datacom equipment for
Manufactures, Maintenance Facilities and Contractors.

We believe that the basis for this growth has been our strong foundation of good will. As our
company grows, we personally vow to never allow our company to lose sight of its heritage and the
way we built it, one friend at a time.

Don Douglas,Has been in the electronic distribution business since the early seventies. He began
working in the industrial electronic supply business for Carlton Bates Company after working eight
years as a mechanical engineer for various industrial manufacturing facilities in AR, TN, LA, and AL.
Mr. Douglas has traveled Eastern Oklahoma, Western Arkansas, and Southern Missouri for more
than twenty-eight years.

Donny Douglas, VP, has worked nineteen years in the electrical and electronic supply business. He
worked four of those years with Carlton Bates Company in Northwestern Arkansas and Southern
Missouri, and fifteen years managing Direct Sales Company.

Both Don and Donny are technical sales associates that can specify a particular part for a given
application.

Direct Sales Company is an active selling distributor not a passive "me too" distributor. We continue
to search for products that will round out our offering of Electronic, Electrical, Security and Datacom
equipment for manufacturers, maintenance facilities and contractors.
